1. Scope of Services
We provide advanced laser and laparoscopic surgeries for piles, fissures, fistula, gallstones, hernia, kidney stones, and selected urological conditions.
Services are performed only by licensed surgeons in trusted partner hospitals. We do not provide trauma, accident, emergency, or high-risk general surgeries.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
All consultations and procedures must be booked in advance.
Cancellation should be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in rescheduling fees.

3. Payments & Refunds
Consultation and treatment charges must be paid as per policy before or on the date of service.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed in case of double payment or service not rendered.
Refund approval is at the discretion of Primitive Health Care management.

4. Patient Responsibilities
Patients must provide complete and accurate medical history including allergies, previous surgeries, medications, and other health details.
We are not responsible for complications caused by hidden or false information.
Patients must follow pre- and post-operative instructions given by the doctor.

5. Limitation of Liability
Primitive Health Care works as a healthcare facilitator connecting patients with experienced doctors and hospitals.
We ensure quality service but do not guarantee absolute results or zero risks, as every surgery carries standard medical risks.
We are not liable for indirect damages, delay in hospital facilities, or complications arising beyond our control.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka.
